BATESVILLE, MS
NOW IS THE TIME you need to invest in firearms. We
operated a Gun Shop in Batesville MS from 1984 to 2003, and sold a lot of
firearms over
the years in Batesville, even financed a few. The
people from North MS like to trade and they have some really nice
firearms to trade or
sell. I know one Winchester Pre-64 Model 100 358 caliber in
98%, that I would love to get my hands back on.
With our new
president and the economy like it is, now is the time. When
Bill Clinton was in office I made a lot of money in the firearms
industry, and now this is a more liberal president, Senate, and
House. Since I've been in the gun business I have seen
every firearm go up more than the original purchase price in
different cycles, and this is one of those cycles. Most of the time
you would want to hold it at least five years, but with a keen eye,
and this economy like it is, you will be able to make those quick
gain trades more often then you would think. In one quarter
(November - January), we've seen items rise to as high as 62.5%, lets see the DOW do that, plus you
can hold it and play with it before you turn your profit. Not
all deals are like this and if you don't get the profit your looking
for just hang on until the next show, it is not going down, the new
Gun Blue Book shows that.
I'll give you a BIG example on an
investment with a Winchester 42 Deluxe Grade Solid Rib, in last
years Blue book it valued at $5,350.00 in 80%, This years Blue Book
has the same shotgun in 80% condition valued at $15,000.00. So with what is at hand,
NOW
is the
time to speculate in the Firearm Collectors Market and if you need
help please feel free to contact us.
Now is the time,
I'm seeing a lot of nice collector firearms coming out of the closets.
And Gentleman treat him fair right off the bat and no telling what
kind of goodies you might get off of today's sellers. Just
remember the "Golden Rule" Treat someone the way you want to be
treated. I'm seeing some nice pieces like the Winchester 101
Pigeon Grade 4 barrel set and a Browning Safari 264 mag. (Left)
These can be bought and sold above the book a little if in great
shape, also caliber makes a +, % of the value, how many made, the
serial number,
to where it is located in the periods it was made, & not always
earliest. The military and civilian models do pretty good with
before the WWII considered pre-war. Do your studying it can
have a bunch reason and you need to know most of them. Gun Digest is
a nice one to get, there is a blue book of gun values that goes a
little deeper.
AK-47 are still priced in the new $500 - $600.00 range for the
less known names, $300.00 - $400.00 for a used one. These are
not the most accurate at 500 yards, but are reliable about shooting
every time.
Now assault weapons (black guns) are not the only investment out
there. I've traded firearms since I was twenty-one and now I'm
forty-six. I remember the first new Browning Bar I sold in my retail
store for $425.00 & $395.00 on sale. Now what do they list for? See
my point? And think about the used value. A good clean used Bar from then
priced now at $600.00 - $650.00 Rule of thumb!!! On a Browning BAR
when you purchase it new, then take it out hunting for five years,
"you'll get your money back", sometimes more if you keep it in great
shape. And with gun trading, you can invest as little as
$100.00, and as much as what ever you want to spend. If you
need help selling or purchasing firearms in the $500.00 -
$100,000.00 market please feel free to contact David Bailey,
I've been in the firearm brokering for some time now. We have
helped sale that one little $20,000.00 rifle or help liquidate the
family estate. We also do appraisals for your home insurance.
So my recommendations is come trade at the
gun & knife shows
or you'll never know what you might miss.
NOW IS THE TIME TO INVEST IN FIREARMS & KNIVES!!
Best regards,
